April 2025 Meeting Notes
DATE: Monday, April 28th, 2025 TIME: 7 pm
PLACE: Meeting took place at the Colonial House in Freedom
President Tom Hockers called the meeting to order a 7:02 pm
– Secretary’s Report has been posted on our website: www. frrc.us Rob Thomson asked if there are any additions and/or corrections recommended to the Secretary’s Report. If so, please e-mail RobThomson99@gmail.com Motion to accept made by Larry Mcarthur the motion was seconded. No objections were made and the motion passed.
-Andy Monday provided the Treasurer’s financial report was read by Andy. Also, the membership and drivers’ forms were upfront to get filled out. Motion to accept made by Jack Effertz. The motion was seconded. No objections were made and the motion passed.

- Memberships
- Last night to get the lower membership rate.
- After July 1st nonmembers will not be getting Championship points
- Kids in the pits; Reading of the rule
- The rule was read off by Tom Hockers.
- Group discussion happened to clarify the rule and it will be in place for the 2025
race season
- Saturday May 10th tech and practice
- 9am to 11 am tech inspection
- 11 to end of the day rotation practice
- Members $15 per person and Non-Members $20 per person
- Team driving
- Remember that team driving needs to be reported to Rob before Practice Day. You can email RobThomson99@Gmail.com.

- Sponsor update
- Andy explained how the “Extra” payout happens; and how the money will be paid directly back to the drivers for the events.
- Turn 4 tent 5 out of the 10 nights are taken. Please pass any interested people to Sarah Gilbert and help us fill the tent.
NEW BUSINESS/ Topics from the Floor.

- Sarah Gilbert explained the sponsorship
- The members attending voted to continue unanimously
- New Photographer needed
- The officers are looking for a new Photographer for race day. Please contact the officers if you know anyone who is interested.
- All FRRC races will be points nights
- Tom Hockers explained that the RWB/Stan race/TVR/Allstar races will be regular point nights for the season championship.
- Ethan Beattie, brought up how the track is adding the LITEceiver System
- This is not mandatory to have this year, but Matt Rowe will be doing a group sell of them so you can try them out this year.
- Ron Kohls asked if the club gets paid for the equipment that is used for non FRRC events
- Tom explained that the club does have a list of equipment, and we work with the track to help with the other events
- Larry Mcarthur- asked if the track is getting any more full blocks of soft walls
- Andy Monday explained he has counted the number of full blocks and knows where those are on the track.
- Tom Hockers reminded the members that they are not allowed to leave tires after a race. The club will be fined for the tires left behind.
- Since the tires have barcodes, the officers will find out who’s tire it is and they will be fined $25 per tire.
- Tom Hockers also reminded the club to update your My Race Pass profile since this is what the announcers use to know your sponsors.
- Michael Anthony brought up that anyone who races a division that usually does not pit in the inner pits can not bring a trailer in for the first 4 weeks (Just cars).
- After the 4 weeks he will see if there is room for you to bring your trailer down for parking.
- Ethan Beattie made a motion to end the meeting and it was second by many in the room and the meeting ended
