- Voting takes Place (We need two volunteers to hand out pens and ballots (We may have drive through service) We do need to validate that you were a member in 2020 before you are given a ballot. We should have enough pens for everyone to keep the pens

- Divisional RULES meetings will take place at the November Meeting after all 4 officers have been voted in for the upcoming season. Each division should be setting up meetings to decide on what they want to recommend prior to that November meeting,
- Any suggestions for the officers to discuss on GENERAL non-divisional rules changes? We also want to vote on these at the November meetings, as well
