- Larry Raygo brought up a motion to have the divisional rules be brought to the race director and the FRRC Officers instead of the whole club body.
- Divisional Rules Changes At the conclusion of the race season, after the new officers have been elected at our September meeting, each division representative shall schedule an in-person rules breakout discussion with their specific division. The meeting is open to all current and new competitors; however, advisory votes are limited to ONE per team that competed in a minimum of 65% of the races that season and is a current FRRC Member. A full list of teams that are eligible to vote will be provided to the divisional rep prior to the meeting from the FRRC Officers. For an amendment or change to be made to any existing division rule or new rule, it shall require a 2/3rds majority vote by those eligible members present at the divisional breakout meeting as outlined above. All rules that pass a 2/3rds majority vote at the breakout meeting will be presented as a package to the Race Director and Officers. These rules changes will be adopted for the following season with an approval from the Race Director and Officers.
- A large discussion happened with many people seeing if this would clean up our process of making divisional rules. This would mean that the Race Director position would be a permeate position going forward.
- Many different division reps talked about they felt about this change going forward.
- Eathen Beattie moved the motion to be voted on, Dan Watery and many in the room 2nd the motion
- It was Re-read by Larry Raygo
- Vote was 40 for the change and one against it. Motion Passed.
Ethan Beattie made a motion to end the meeting and it was second by many in the room and the meeting ended at 7:52PM
